Youth ambassador program
A leadership and inclusion program for LGBTQIA+ youth and allies aged 15–18. Ambassadors receive training, support, and funding to lead their own inclusion project in sport.

The Youth Ambassador Program empowers LGBTQIA+ young people and allies aged 15–18 to become champions for inclusion in sport. Over three months, ambassadors take part in expert-led education sessions featuring athletes and leaders in the inclusion space, gaining the skills and confidence to drive real change.
With individual support and up to $200 in funding, each ambassador creates and delivers their own inclusion initiative in their school, club, or community. This program is about more than leadership. It’s about amplifying youth voices, building safer spaces, and showing that sport belongs to everyone.
The program is currently open for applications until August 22nd.
